Please arrive at the facility approximately 10 – 15 minutes before your scheduled dive. At your initial appointment you will need to bring your completed new patient paperwork including your signed permit. We must also have a prescription from your doctor before treatment can begin.

Wear loose comfortable clothing.

You may bring drinks into the tank in plastic bottles and snacks as desired. Avoid carbonated beverages and no metal containers are allowed.

Please do not bring any electronics into the tank except for a portable DVD player if allowed for your dive parameters. This includes toys, cell phones, mp3 players, fans, etc. There is a place to store these devices prior to your dive.

Do not bring any pocket warmers, cigarette lighters or matches to the facility. These can pose a serious fire risk and are banned.

If you or your child have an upper respiratory infection (cough, cold, congestion, etc.) it may be best to postpone your dive.  It may be possible to continue treatment, however, if symptoms can be alleviated by taking an over-the-counter decongestant/cold remedy. Persistent congestion can lead to discomfort and potential barotrauma to the sinuses or middle ear.
